Canada’s legendary Mixed Martial Arts Champion Georges Saint-Pierre has teamed up with Lord’s Hot Sauce Company to unveil an exciting new line of hot sauces:

RUSH and K.O.

Georges St-Pierre, also known by his initials GSP, is a Canadian actor and former professional mixed martial artist, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest fighters in MMA history.

A two-division champion in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), he has claimed titles in both the welterweight and middleweight divisions and remains undefeated against every opponent he has faced.

A three-time UFC Welterweight Champion, GSP is celebrated as the top welterweight of all time.

“I didn’t tell Michael I wanted a sauce. I wanted us to make the best sauce on the market.”

Georges’s interest for hot sauces is nothing new:

As a young boy, he worked the fields of his native St-Isidore harvesting peppers.

A natural opportunity rised when he met Michael Lord to create an all-natural, real canadian hot sauce.

We took our time and worked closely with Georges to offer you a complex and elaborated sauce, available in different editions.

Made with our oak barrel fermented Jalapeño and Habanero mash and mixed with roasted bell pepper and onions, sesame oil, black garlic and lemon juice give RUSH a unique flavour.

Maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness and the rice vinegar a smooth and delicate overall balance.

K.O.

The K.O.

We took our time and worked closely with Georges to offer you a complex and elaborated sauce, available in different editions.

K.O. is not for the lightweight hot sauce user.

K.O. is a turbo charged heat bomb version of RUSH.

Made from our oak barrel fermented Habanero and Carolina Reaper and mixed with roasted bell pepper and onions, black garlic, sesame oil, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar, K.O. is a uniquely flavourful sauce, if you can handle the heat.

The Carolina Reaper in the K.O. is a three years ferment, bringing a very distinctive complexion to the flavour while keeping the lingering heat of the pepper.

Editions

Both Sauces are gluten-free, vegan, and available in standard 250ml editions.

For Collectors and Fans, a limited-edition run of 2620 bottles will be released in exclusive 500ml glass bottles, presented in a luxurious Collector’s box, with a black metal dosifier - A tribute to GSP’s stellar 26-2-0 MMA record.

Additionaly, for die-hard fans, a very limited number of those collector boxes will be personnaly autographed by GSP.
